Workshops, performances, and other inventive ways to present research and practice are all welcome. Submitted proposals will be subjected to a reviewing process.
With particular attention to developing and sustaining reliable and supportive networks, we invite submissions from the disciplines of music, dance, drama, visual arts and creative writing with particular concern for issues related to:
- Teaching Artist professional role and identity;
- Teaching Artist: in theory and practice;
- Teaching and Arts in the different contexts of education;
- Teaching Artists: Interdisciplinary connections and collaborations;
- Inclusion and Integration Trough the Arts education;
- Building, sustaining and promoting Teaching Artist networks;
- Working together: differences and similarities;
- Teaching Artist: Creative writing and Storytelling;
- LIS Art: Language of Signs and Art for special needs;
Submissions should adhere to the following format:
- A single Word document containing an abstract of between 300-400 words;
- 6 keywords;
- A short biography (150 words);
- Institutional affiliation and current status (employment/student/graduate)
Where a ‘creative’ or ‘performative’ element is to be included in the presentation, this should highlighted in the abstract. Please specify any technical requirements (IT).
